Everyday Breakfast Week-Day 4


In today's menu there's something my favorite......



Today's Menu 


Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Butter-milk 














Ingredients: for Sandwich
Brown bread 4 slices
processed cheese slices-2 or cubes-1 
Capsicum cut in to pieces
Onion cut in to pieces
Black pepper powder

Ingredients: for Butter-milk

Fresh curd
Black salt
Roasted cumin powder

Method:

  • Take a bread slice...on this either place one processed cheese slice over or if you are using cheese cube then shred it over.
  • Put some capsicum and onion pieces on it.

  • Sprinkle black pepper powder.
  • Shred some more cheese and place another bread slice.
  • Put it in the grill sandwich toaster....your sandwich will ready in  minutes.

Method: for butter-milk


  • Take fresh curd in a blender.
  • Add some black salt as per your taste.
  • Blend it properly by adding little amount of chilled water.
  • Pour it in a glass and sprinkle some roasted cumin powder over it...your butter milk is ready.
