Since, Yesterday evening my net connection was not working.....that is the reason why m posting this late today...anyways...here is my day 6th breakfast
Seviyan 1 pack
Onion cut in to small pieces
Ajwain/ carom seeds half spoon
salt as per tatse
Green chili cut in to pieces 1 spoon
Turmeric powder half spoon
Today's menu:
Jave /namkeen seviyan
Ingredients:
Seviyan 1 pack
Onion cut in to small pieces
Ajwain/ carom seeds half spoon
salt as per tatse
Green chili cut in to pieces 1 spoon
Turmeric powder half spoon
Method:
- Heat a non-stick stew pan and roast 2 cups of seviyan in it till golden brown...take it out and keep aside.
- Now add some oil in the pan put some carom seeds in it.
- add green chilies and onion in it and let them fry till onion becomes transparent.
- Now add roasted seviyan in it , mix well
- Add 3 cup measure of water in it and also add turmeric powder mix well and lid the pan.
- After 8-5 min water will soaked up and namkeen sevayin are ready to serve.
Serve it with juice |
P.S: well this is my way to make it you can also add some more veggis in it.
