After all Martian vs Venusian is never finishing war of the worlds...
Well yesterday evening I realize this is the never-ending war but ever interesting too. Friend couple have come for the dinner (though they have self-invited themselves, but honestly I like that because I was feeling low and need friends Thanks guyz!) so like every-time the war begins for many reasons(according to we the wives) and for no reason(according to them the husbands). Everyone trying to go down fighting.Martians were blaming Venusian and the vice versa. After being crazy about Martian a true Venusian always needs a company of another venusian to talk about things and this will also go vice versa.
Being married for almost two years, I have found that fighting is yet another time pass to do when doing nothing at home....but fight about do's n didn't-do's by your spouse with friends can be a laugh a minute because everyone has the same story to tell about their spouse. The same thing happened with us yesterday and in the end me-husby and friend couple discovered that things are normal, the story is same all around the world and we just died laughing that nobody will be going to change, Martians will be Martians and Venusian will be Venusian.
When Fight goes out from the main door then secretly Love enters from the backdoor and we ended up the dinner with love and peace. After-all love is the reason we fight for. So when we fight, it also bring us closer and gives reason to tell your spouse, "See after all the crap things you do, I still love you and care for you :).

ReplyDeleteInteresting topic and I liked it so much. This is our 4th year and you know what we these days are moslty on non-talking terms. But I never shared my personal life with anyone (no offence), BECAUSE I never have close friends around me and second my husband never share our personal life with anyone though he have childhood and college friends around him so I play equal. Though I would love to do so.. you know how it goes with us :)

its true...... because when we fight its like the WW III but when its over, its like it never happened......... though there were times when i was skeptical but then thanks to our "sophisticated couple" friends we realized that screenplay of life is same for everybody..... howsoever more we think that we are different but in the end we are all the same..... cheers to you and cheers to our friends..........

@ Prashant : Thank u...... we both too have learnt over these years that fights are fun but they are not worth remembering for long.... being with each other is so wonderful that its worth forgetting everything else for...... and yes,most importantly....Kahani ghar ghar ki ...same to same he hoti hai :)
