Bharma Mirchi

One day my Mom came up with this lovely looking green bharma mirchi (chili). She made a cut in to it and overloaded it with chatpata (spicy) filling and gave me to microwave it, while doing the microwaving.....oh! my my....it smells so so so so good...that I can't express

Here you can see in the pic how delicious it looks

Ingredients:

6-7 big green chilis (achar wali mirchi)
2 large spoons of gram flour.
Ajwine (carom seed) half table spoon
Dry mango powder half spoon
Salt as per taste

  Method:

  • Roast gram flour in a pan without any oil or ghee
  • add one by one ajwine, salt, dry mango powder in it.
  • After sometime sprinkle a little water and mix well.
  • put off the flam and keep the vessel aside and allow it to cool.
  • Make a cut in chili without parting it in to half (see in the pic)
  • fill all the chilies by the gram flour mix.
  • Now grease all the chilies with some oil and put them in a microwave for at least 5-6 min
  • Let it be cool and serve it with daal chawal, kari chawal...etc etc
