Few days back I ate something very very very Yummy!!! I love falafel patty it is amazing in taste, high in protein(coz it is made out of boiled chick peas), easy to make and can be a good breakfast if you make burger or sandwich out of it.....it takes less time to come on your plate.
Preparation:
1: Take boiled chick peas in a bowl add some chopped onions, salt, red chili, roasted cumin powder(as per your taste)
Now mash the mixture roughly in a bowl
2: Take a bread slice spread some tomato ketchup on it....add a spoonful mixture on a slice, pour some mayonnaise over the mixture cover it with another slice.
3: Place it on grill toaster apply some butter on both side.
Your Falafal sandwich is ready to serve

Basically Falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty made from ground chickpeas
