It is said that all days are not same...so true but I always try to complete my day. As per my new year resolution I went mad over my health and begin to do workout daily, every morning one hour dedicated to gain fit body and fresh mind...this makes my day complete. My exercise routine started with 15 min then 20 min then half n hr...now full one hour
Workout followed with meditation and later on a cup of Green tea....ahha aaa...a complete bliss
