Few words and my life style pic wenesday

It is said that all days are not same...so true but I always try to complete my day. As per my new year resolution I went mad over my health and begin to do workout daily, every morning one hour dedicated to gain fit body and fresh mind...this makes my day complete. My exercise routine started with 15 min then 20 min then half n hr...now full one hour

Workout followed with meditation and later on a cup of Green tea....ahha aaa...a complete bliss

If you don't sweat a day then you won't have a good day!

Falafel Sandwich

Few days back I ate something very very very Yummy!!! I love falafel patty it is amazing in taste, high in protein(coz it is made out of boiled chick peas), easy to make and can be a good breakfast if you make burger or sandwich out of it.....it takes less time to come on your plate.









Ingredients:


Brown Bread




 Boiled Chickpea







Preparation:

Basically Falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty made from ground chickpeas

But here we are simplifying it by not frying it.

1: Take boiled chick peas in a bowl add some chopped onions, salt, red chili, roasted cumin powder(as per your taste)
Now mash the mixture roughly in a bowl

2: Take a bread slice spread some tomato ketchup on it....add a spoonful mixture on a slice, pour some mayonnaise over the mixture cover it with another slice.

3: Place it on grill toaster apply some butter on both side.

Your Falafal sandwich is ready to serve

A Smart Use Of Trunks To Create Extra Sitting Space

Sometimes we have empty space and some not usable items at that time in our house which hinder the organisation of things and space. I have got two trunks which are always stacked in some corner.
I got two conditions...one is empty space and second is not in use trunks, and what I did....





How I did it......step 1: Place the trunks in this way 





 Step 2: Use two single cotton filled mattress, one is placed to cover the front edge and second one is placed in L shape over the first one




Step 3: Now cover the mattress with a single bed-sheet and fancy cushions.
